I recently had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Roxie and attending a first time home buyers program event on Feb 18th and had a great time mingling and getting information on the steps that I need to move forward when looking to buy my first home !! I was given a lot of important information regarding what I would need to qualify for various state and local programs. The do’s and dont’s when looking to buy a home, the rates & percentages etc. I was informed on a lot of things that I didn’t know and also had some things confirmed that I already learned myself prior to the event and was also given the opportunity to learn some important information about the importance of credit . At the end I was given multiple resources regarding places to receive grants / loans from , mortgage loan references , realtors & credit experts. I highly recommend her!!
