Military specialist placing his skills at your service
Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, my first career was 25 years in the US Army. I had the opportunity to live in many places, both inside and outside of the continental United States. It was not until I retired from active duty that my family and I made Northwest Florida home permanently.
While on active duty, my primary responsibility was to counsel service members and their families on the continued military service and goal setting, changing of occupational specialty for personal and professional growth, and reassignments and relocation.
Upon retirement, I accepted a technical recruiting position in Ft. Walton Beach, supporting a military contract. Although I enjoyed the fast pace and relationship-building aspect of recruiting, I naturally became more involved with employee relations and human resources, which was a natural fit that mirrored the skillset I had honed while on active duty.
By routinely assisting relocating employees with home and apartment searches, providing information about specific areas, and providing contact information, I became increasingly interested in real estate.
