Charles brings his wealth of experience in Business Management, Actuary Science, and superior customer service to the Anchor Team as a Realtor and an ECAR Member. After attending Middle TN State University and working on a NASA project that involved the correlation of the Effective Cost of the Hubble Telescope, he understands the importance of being detail-oriented and resourceful when working with clients. Charles truly enjoys connecting with his clients and helping them through the major step of buying a house and making it their home.
Charles has more than ten years of experience in process and quality improvement initiatives. As an adept leader, he has developed a record of success in delivering quality outcomes through lean and six sigma initiatives, successfully achieving a Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt in his most recent role. He has worked with a variety of companies ranging from mid-size to Fortune 500 to implement and optimize complex quality initiatives while managing competing resources, goals, and timelines. He excels in analytical thinking and problem-solving to develop new systems and approaches that maximize quality outcomes.
